These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online consultation facilities, appointment booking services, WhatsApp Business communications, Rich Communication Services (RCS), telephone support, email communications, and any other services offered by BHUJBAL AYURVED CLINIC.
By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, communicating with us through WhatsApp, RCS, email, telephone, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our website and services immediately.
These Terms are intended to comply with applicable laws of India and align with the requirements of Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies, Google RCS Business Messaging policies, and other applicable communication regulations.

BHUJBAL AYURVED CLINIC is committed to providing Ayurvedic healthcare services in a professional, ethical, and legally compliant manner. Our services may include:

- RCS Business Messaging

These Terms govern every interaction between BHUJBAL AYURVED CLINIC and its patients, website visitors, customers, and users.

- The Clinic reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Revised charges will apply prospectively and will not affect payments already completed.
- In the event of payment failure, users may be required to complete the transaction before services are rendered.
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the Clinic’s refund and cancellation policy and applicable law.
The Clinic is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment service providers.
9. Subscription Renewal & Termination
Where BHUJBAL AYURVED CLINIC offers wellness plans, health packages, memberships, or subscription-based services:
- Subscription terms, fees, and validity will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment.
- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions do not renew automatically without user consent.
- Users may discontinue participation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
- The Clinic may suspend or terminate subscriptions in cases of misuse, fraud, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
- Termination of a subscription does not affect obligations accrued before the date of termination, including outstanding payments.
Users may also stop receiving promotional communications at any time by using the available unsubscribe or opt-out mechanisms, though essential service-related communications may continue where necessary.
10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS
BHUJBAL AYURVED CLINIC may communicate with users through the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Rich Communication Services (RCS) to improve service delivery and patient engagement.
By voluntarily providing your mobile number and opting in to receive such communications, you consent to receive messages that may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Follow-up notifications
- Prescription or treatment-related updates where appropriate
- Health and wellness information
- Service announcements
- Billing or payment notifications
- Customer support responses
- Promotional or educational content, where you have provided the necessary consent
All communications are intended to comply with applicable Indian laws, Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Google RCS Business Messaging requirements, and anti-spam regulations. Users are expected to use these communication channels responsibly and must not send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate content through them.
